Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to 90 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. Regardless of whether the item is defective or not, you can initiate a return. Please contact our customer support to initiate a return. The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 7 working days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. Return of goods

This may include products that have been slightly used or opened.

No restocking fee:

There is no restocking fee for returned products.

Right of return and returns

Damaged items

If you receive a different model than the one you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will facilitate the return process and ensure you receive the correct model.

If your item does not arrive within 90 days after the order date, you are entitled to a full refund.
